Yes. We work transparently inside your Platform accounts so you retain full ownership, access, and visibility at all times. We utilise Airbnb’s transparent structure and you add us as a co-host. For other platforms we would require your log in details to keep up to date with bookings.

Yes.
For Co-Host Assist, you can add us as a co-host with calendar access only, so we can stay informed of check-in/check-out dates to manage turnovers, cleaners, maintenance scheduling, and restocking.
For Full Co-Host Support, we will be added as a co-host with full access, so we can manage guest communication, bookings, pricing, and day-to-day operations efficiently.

Launch & List Package:
Invoiced as a one-time setup fee.
Co-Host Assist:
Charged as a monthly subscription.
Full Co-Host Support (22%):
For Airbnb, the 22% is added directly through the Airbnb platform and is paid out automatically.
For all other platforms, our co-host fee is invoiced.

We require a short initial term (3 months) to properly install systems and allow performance to stabilise. After this period, the agreement operates on 30 days’ written notice.

No one can guarantee bookings — however, our systems, setup, and pricing strategy are designed to maximise performance and reduce costly mistakes.

Cleaning, linen, maintenance, and restocking costs are separate and are paid directly by the owner. We coordinate everything, but you remain in control.
