OPTION 1
Complete Holiday Property Set-up:
This selection means that your home has not been listed as a holiday property yet.
It requires a complete set- up to successfully list your property and allow for bookings. Once completed, ‘holiday property take over’ will be initiated if you would like to collaborate further.

OPTION 2
Holiday Property Take Over:
This means your property has already been listed successfully and is set- up as a holiday property.
You now require a holiday property management team to take care of the day to day runnings. This option is completely hands off for owners, which means less stress, with more benefits.

Hourly Rate:
The “I can handle the online stuff, but I live elsewhere and require some help” option.
The owner has full control over day to day runnings, but may require some assistance. That’s when we come in, whether it be inspecting a property or de-escalating a guest emergency.

Holiday Property Relief Work:
Your property has been set up & is running successfully as a holiday home. You now need some time-off & are looking for a team to take over for a period of time.
We come in provide that relief & basically run as per option 2. We can offer a transition period to ensure your expectations are met & trust is earned.
