After that, you can run the property yourself with the systems in place, or continue with flexible support from as low as $99/month.

Traditional holiday rental management can work, but it often means the manager controls the systems, workflows, guest communication, cleaner coordination, pricing, and operational knowledge.

That leaves owners paying high ongoing fees because the operation sits with the manager — not with them.

Because the 12% is for a short-term full management setup period, not permanent traditional management. No lock-in contract, full transparency & full service.

For the first 3 months, we fully manage the property so we can learn how it operates, identify the pain points, install the right systems, and stabilise the workflows.

The aim is to reduce long-term dependency, not create it.


Do I have to continue after 3 months?

After the setup period, you can run the property yourself with the systems in place or continue with flexible support.


Is this full management during the first 3 months?
