  • Our stays are located in selected coastal and tropical locations, including Cairns/Northern Beaches and the Shoalhaven region. Each property listing includes the exact area, nearby beaches, cafés, restaurants and key attractions.

  • Yes. You can enquire and book directly through Wai Tui Villas, depending on availability. Some properties may also be available through selected booking platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com.

  • Yes. Most properties offer self check-in. Access details are sent before arrival, once the booking is confirmed and ready for check-in.

  • Standard check-in is from 3:00pm and standard check-out is by 10:00am, unless otherwise stated on the property listing. We are flexible with these times if available.

  • You can request it, but it depends on same-day turnovers, cleaning schedules and upcoming guests. We’ll confirm closer to your stay if it’s possible.

  • Some of our homes are pet-friendly. Please check the individual property listing before booking, as pet rules, approval requirements and outdoor areas vary by property.

  • Cancellation terms vary depending on the property and booking method. Please check the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.
